Ordering and Shipping

Your order will be processed in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify users if delivery is delayed. All items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts.

Large Orders

Please be aware that soaps require a curing time and in the event of large orders we may require 4-5 weeks to prepare and ready your order. This time will be clarified at time of order based on the current flow of business and available product at that time.
